Overview

  • Develop integrated marketing and communication strategies to drive brand growth and business performance.
  • Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify customer insights and business opportunities.
  • Analyze client briefs, identify core business challenges, and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Develop strategic plans, communication plans, and campaign plans tailored to each project.
  • Define campaign objectives, key messaging, customer journeys, and channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of strategic plans.
  • Prepare proposals and presentation materials, and actively participate in client pitches.
  • Monitor campaign performance, measure KPIs, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing approaches to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for clients while mentoring junior planners and supporting team capability development.
  • Gender: Male/Female, Age: 25-30 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Have 4-5 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing strategy, or equivalent roles - ideally within the advertising and media agency - or in sectors such as e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail, or at companies with strong branding and communications operations.
  • Possesses strong planning skills and a solid understanding of out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
  • Good at English
