Manage and take care of the company’s existing customers, ensuring consistent support and satisfaction.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.

Report directly to Chinese management and collaborate with international clients.
Coordinate customer feedback and internal teams to improve service quality and business outcomes.
Support business development by identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.

University graduate
Have 3–5 years or more of experience in a Sales Manager/ Key Account Manager position, including customer relations/coordination roles within manufacturing factories.
Good at Chinese & English communication
