Overview
- Responsible for recruitment (40%), training (40%), and other tasks assigned by the manager (20%).
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for support staff, production staff, and practical engineers, as well as preparing various reports.
- Responsible for training: responsible for training and managing training records (orientation training, internship training, etc.), processing payments, and responding to audits when required.
- Assisting with other HR tasks: reporting events, managing budgets, etc., as requested by manager.
