Overview
- Prepare and execute material procurement plan based on sales forecast
- Search, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to purchase materials, equipment, construction works and other services based on purchasing strategies and directives of superiors
- Compiling POs, contracts for purchase orders according to the instructions of superiors
- Carry out import and export procedures
- Implement the group's action plan
- Suggest improvements to improve work efficiency
- Lập và thực hiện kế hoạch mua sắm nguyên vật liệu dựa trên dự kiến bán hàng
- Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và thương lượng với nhà cung cấp để mua vật tư, thiết bị, công trình xây dựng và các dịch vụ khác dựa trên chiến lược mua hàng và chỉ thị của cấp trên
- Biên soạn PO, hợp đồng cho các đơn mua hàng theo hướng dẫn của cấp trên
- Thực hiện các thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu
