Overview

  • Hỗ trợ giảng dạy kiến thức thương hiệu và sản phẩm cho nhân viên.
  • Lập và thực hiện kế hoạch đào tạo.
  • Hỗ trợ giảng dạy về phong cách bán hàng.
  • Hỗ trợ giảng dạy về kỹ năng sales.
  • Dịch tài liệu (sản phẩm, pressfile, hàng đăng ký Bộ Y tế).
  • Cung cấp các tài liệu cho các bộ phận theo yêu cầu.
  • Hỗ trợ bộ phận Customer Service trong việc tư vấn và giải quyết khiếu nại sản phẩm của khách hàng.
  • Hỗ trợ bộ phận Marketing và E-Commerce trong những việc liên quan đến kiến thức thương hiệu và sản phẩm
  • Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng nhân viên mới theo nhu cầu (mở cửa hàng mới, bổ sung nhân sự...).
  • Hỗ trợ tổ chức các buổi workshop, sự kiện.
  • Lập và thực hiện kế hoạch kiểm tra cửa hàng, hỗ trợ kiểm tra kiến thức định kỳ với nhân viên.
  • Phối hợp với Cửa hàng trưởng làm báo cáo đánh giá khả năng kiến thức của nhân viên hàng tháng.
  • Tổng kết chương trình thi đua cho nhân viên.
  • Báo cáo kế hoạch nghỉ phép và phụ trội của nhân viên văn phòng và nhân viên bán hàng cho BM và Phòng Nhân sự.
  • Đào tạo kiến thức và phong cách livestream cho host.
  • Sắp xếp và theo dõi phiên live do Nhân Viên Bán Hàng thực hiện
  • Có thể host phiên live khi cần.
  • Hỗ trợ làm việc với các đối tác B2B về mảng kiến thức thương hiệu, sản phẩm và kỹ năng bán hàng.
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của BM (nếu có).

Requirements

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt.
  • Có tác phong huấn luyện và quản lý nhân viên.
  • Nói và viết tiếng Anh lưu loát.
  • Ngoại hình cao 1m55 trở lên, dễ nhìn, da đẹp.
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience.
  • Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred.
  • Basic makeup skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor in training and staff management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum height 1.55m, pleasant appearance, good skin condition.
  • Note: Thời gian làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (8h30 đến 17h30)
  • Kinh nghiệm: 1 Năm

  • Support training on brand knowledge and product information for staff.
  • Plan and execute training programs.
  • Provide training on selling styles.
  • Provide training on sales skills.
  • Translate documents (product details, press files, MOH-registered items).
  • Provide requested materials to relevant departments.
  • Assist the Customer Service team in consulting and resolving product complaints from customers.
  • Support Marketing and E-Commerce teams with brand and product knowledge related matters.
  • Support recruitment of new staff based on business needs (new store openings, additional staffing, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing training workshops, events.
  • Develop and implement store audit plans; support regular knowledge assessments for staff.
  • Coordinate with Store Managers to report on employees' knowledge levels monthly.
  • Summarize and evaluate employee performance contests.
  • Report leave and overtime schedules of office and sales staff to the BM and HR Department.
  • Provide training to hosts on brand and product knowledge, livestreaming style.
  • Coordinate and monitor livestream sessions conducted by store teams.
  • Be able to host livestream sessions when needed.
  • Provide training and support to B2B partners on brand knowledge, product expertise, and sales skills
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Brand Manager (if any).
  • Base salary of 14.000.000-15.000.000 VND + lunch allowance + parking card + sales commission (if any).
  • Probation according to the Labor Law.
