Overview

Assist in Pre-sale, Sales, Marketing, Business development... activities.
Prepare Sales & Marketing material, documentation.
Coordinate with other teams in preparing the offer, quotation, bid proposal to customers.
Negotiate prices, Term & condition, delivery, credit terms and executing Sales Contracts/ Purchase Order with customers, suppliers, import/export, custom clearance document.
Customer care and services.
Maintain and update the customer/ supplier database, sales opportunities and result in CRM database software.
Create weekly / monthly / quarter and yearly Sale Report.
Other related tasks as required by Company.
