Overview

  • Xây dựng kế hoạch hoạt động, cơ cấu nhân sự và quy trình phối hợp của phòng/ Develop the division’s operating plan, organizational structure, and cross-functional coordination processes.
  • Tuyển dụng, phân công và phát triển đội ngũ trong các mảng chất lượng, lâm sàng, sản phẩm, pháp lý, IP, nguồn cung và sản xuất./ Recruit, assign, and develop team members across quality, clinical, product, legal, intellectual property, sourcing, and manufacturing functions.
  • Điều phối việc xây dựng hệ thống quản lý chất lượng thiết bị y tế theo định hướng ISO 13485./ Coordinate the establishment of a medical device quality management system aligned with ISO 13485.
  • Giám sát hoạt động quản lý rủi ro, kiểm soát thiết kế, kiểm nghiệm, xác nhận và hồ sơ kỹ thuật./ Oversee risk management, design controls, verification, validation, and technical documentation activities.
  • Phối hợp với bác sĩ, bệnh viện và chuyên gia y khoa để thu thập nhu cầu lâm sàng và phản hồi sản phẩm./ Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and medical experts to gather clinical needs and product feedback.
  • Điều phối các hoạt động thử nghiệm tiền lâm sàng, thử nghiệm động vật và đánh giá sản phẩm khi cần./ Coordinate preclinical testing, animal testing, and product evaluation activities as required.
  • Hỗ trợ xác định lộ trình pháp lý, tiêu chuẩn áp dụng và yêu cầu thị trường cho sản phẩm./ Support the definition of regulatory pathways, applicable standards, and market requirements for the product.
  • Phối hợp xây dựng chiến lược sở hữu trí tuệ, đánh giá nhà cung cấp và chuẩn bị sản xuất thử./ Coordinate the development of the intellectual property strategy, supplier evaluation, and pilot manufacturing preparation.
  • Báo cáo tiến độ, rủi ro và đề xuất chiến lược cho ban lãnh đạo./Report progress and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to company leadership.
