Overview
- VSF is driving AI adoption across Vingroup: bringing our consumer AI products onto the Group's customer-facing surfaces and our AI platform into the Group's businesses, with a Group-level ambition to become an AI-native company.
- We are looking for a Partnerships & Programs Manager to run the engine behind that. You will own the relationships with the P&L partners who host our AI products, and build the standards, scoreboard and operating rhythm that keep AI adoption across the Group moving in one direction.
- The role sits at the centre of Vingroup's AI transformation and works daily with senior stakeholders across every business unit. It suits someone who can create structure where none exists and move outcomes without formal authority.
- Own relationships with internal business units adopting our AI products on their surfaces; manage onboarding from first conversation to live deployment.
- Build and run the AI adoption headquarters function: define the maturity scale and measurement standards used across the Group.
- Design and maintain the Group-wide AI adoption scoreboard, ensuring data quality and honest reporting.
- Establish and run the operating rhythm with business-unit program managers: cadence, reporting and escalation.
- Develop playbooks and enablement materials so each business unit can execute adoption consistently.
- Act as secretariat for the Group's AI governance forum: prepare materials, track decisions and drive follow-through.
- Maintain the AI capability and model portfolio registry: ownership, review dates and lifecycle status.
- Identify blockers across business units and escalate them with a clear recommendation.
Requirements
- Must have
- 5+ years in program management, management consulting, business operations, partnerships or transformation roles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across organisational boundaries without direct authority.
- Strong structured thinking and data discipline; able to build scorecards and operating cadences from scratch.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior business leaders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create process where none exists.
- Fluent Vietnamese; working proficiency in English.
- Nice to have
- Management consulting background, particularly digital or AI transformation practice.
- Experience with technology adoption, change management or enterprise PMO.
- Familiarity with AI/ML products and their operating constraints.
- Experience running governance forums or steering committees.
- Partnership or business development experience in a technology company.
