Overview

Mục tiêu: sở hữu kiến trúc agent runtime và multi-agent orchestration cho nền tảng workflow.
Thiết kế agent framework/runtime nội bộ; state machine/DAG; planner-executor; memory/context; permission; human-in-the-loop; eval/observability; scale/cost/latency.
Công việc: định nghĩa architecture, review thiết kế, chọn model/tool strategy, mentor AI engineers, chuẩn hóa agent loop từ first principles thay vì phụ thuộc framework.
Phạm vi gồm cả agent cho SaaS automation và pipeline media gen kiểu ComfyUI/ElevenLabs/Higgsfield.

5–8+ năm software engineering; 2+ năm làm LLM/agent production.
Deep understanding: agent state, action selection, tool execution, context window, memory, plan repair, retry/fallback, eval-driven development.
System design mạnh: concurrency, queue/scheduler, realtime streaming, rate limit, idempotency, cost control, multi-tenant security.
Thành thạo TypeScript/Node/React/Next.js hoặc Python; biết dùng Vercel AI SDK khi phù hợp nhưng tự build abstraction khi cần.
Signal mạnh: đã lead architecture cho workflow engine, automation platform, AI copilot/agent, hoặc multimodal generation system.
Bonus: model routing, inference optimization, vector DB, LangSmith/evals, React Flow/canvas workflow.
