Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and capable Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the strategic development and promotion of Sun Group’s destinations.
- As a member of our team, you will work closely with internal business units, marketing teams, external agencies, partners, and other stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and initiatives that strengthen the positioning, awareness, and appeal of destinations such as Phu Quoc, Tay Ninh, and other Sun Group locations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Branding and Marketing, with the ability to think strategically about destination positioning, target audiences, customer insights, and the most effective ways to build awareness and attract visitors. - Develop and propose strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the positioning, awareness, and overall appeal of Sun Group’s destinations
- Analyze target customers, market trends, competitive positioning, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for destination development and promotion
- Identify creative and innovative ways to promote destinations through integrated marketing campaigns, content, PR, events, partnerships, brand activations, and other relevant channels
- Identify potential opportunities to collaborate with brands, media, organizations, and other partners to enhance destination awareness and appeal
- Manage and coordinate external agencies, creative partners, media partners, and other service providers to ensure high-quality execution
- Stay informed on relevant tourism, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer, and marketing trends, and identify opportunities that can be adapted to Sun Group’s destinations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Brand Management, PR, or related fields
- Ability to think strategically about market positioning, customer segments, consumer behavior, and destination or brand development
- Experience working with creative, media, PR, digital, or other marketing agencies is preferred
- Strong understanding of Branding, Marketing, Communications, and integrated marketing channels
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and Vietnamese
- Creative and commercially minded, with the ability to develop innovative ideas while maintaining a strong understanding of business objectives
- Ability to travel as needed to oversee projects and operations
