Overview
- Có kiến thức về các chính sách, quy định, quy trình áp dụng với vị trí phép bay; các hệ thống tài liệu/dữ liệu liên quan đến nhà chức trách hàng không; phần mềm/hệ thống kiểm soát phép bay chuyên môn.. liên quan dưới sự phân công giám sát của lãnh đạo/trưởng nhóm.
- Xin phép bay ngày khai thác cho các chuyến bay tăng chuyến, bay sớm hoặc thay đổi mục đích bay (bay Ferry).
- Duy trì liên hệ với các đối tác bên trong và bên ngoài dưới sự giám sát của lãnh đạo/trưởng nhóm.
- Tìm kiếm/đề xuất các giải pháp kỹ thuật từ các đối tác bên ngoài theo định hướng từ lãnh đạo/trưởng nhóm.
- Tập hợp hồ sơ giấy tờ, xin phép khai thác tầu bay mới tại các quốc gia, tầu bay dự kiến khai thác.
- Cập nhật ngân hàng dữ liệu phép bay
- Having knowledge about policies, regulations and procedures applicable to the positions of flight permission officers; documentation/data systems related to aeronautical authorities; specialized flight permission software/system… under the supervision of the managers/team leaders.
- Applying permits for additional flights, changing time or purpose of flight (ferry flight) on operational days.
- Keeping in touch with internal and external partners under the supervision of managers/team leaders.
- Finding/suggesting technical solutions from external partners following the direction from managers/team leaders.
- Document preparations, applying permits in many countries to delivery new aircraft, apply permit for coming operation aircrafts.
- Collecting data & updating the flight permission's data bank.
Requirements
- Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên.
- Kinh nghiệm:
- Ưu tiên có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kiểm soát khai thác/phép bay.
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm xin slot/phép bay.
- Có kiến thức về kiểm soát khai thác và quy trình xin phép bay.
- Kỹ năng đánh giá, phân tích thông tin.
- Ngôn ngữ:
- Tiếng Anh (TOEIC 550 trở lên).
- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm ngoại ngữ ngoài tiếng Anh.
- Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao, sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ, ngày nghỉ.
- Sẵn sàng tăng ca theo yêu cầu công việc.
- Có khả năng thích nghi với môi trường làm việc mới, áp lực cao.
- Phẩm chất: Nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm; cẩn thận, trung thực; rõ ràng, minh bạch; kỷ luật, chủ động, nhanh nhẹn.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in operation control/flight permission.
- Candidates with experience in flight slot/permission application are preferred.

- Basic knowledge of operation control and flight permission procedures.

- Language:
- English (TOEIC 550 or above).
