Overview

  • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Analyze large-scale, first-party digital event telemetry alongside enterprise financial records ingested from core ERP frameworks.
  • Support advanced analytical frameworks, including multi-variable location intelligence and asset-value attribution modeling to measure business unit synergy.
  • Extract, synthesize, and present cross-functional business insights that coordinate strategies across autonomous business units.
  • Data Modeling & Platform Development
  • Build, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade semantic models and interactive dashboards within our centralized data lakehouse system.
  • Write highly optimized SQL and Python scripts (including PySpark) within collaborative notebooks to manipulate massive, structured, and unstructured datasets.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to enforce data quality, lineage, and automated observability rules across data pipelines.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Operate strictly within enterprise data governance frameworks to ensure absolute compliance with local data privacy regulations (PDPL).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark) for complex data manipulation and engineering-adjacent workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data architectures, with a strong preference for the Azure/Fabric ecosystem or similar lakehouse environments.
  • Familiarity with analyzing behavioral analytics, event tracking, and complex transactional graphs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate raw data metrics into clear, high-impact recommendations for executive leadership.
  • A solid understanding of data governance, access control systems, and privacy preservation principles.
  • THE AI ENGINEER/ DATA SCIENTIST PIVOT PATHWAY
  • This position serves as an intentional incubator for advanced technical tracks. As you master the core data pipelines, your responsibilities will expand directly into our machine learning and AI stack:
  • Real-Time Decision Systems
  • Gain direct exposure to the backend logic of our real-time customer journey orchestration engine, learning how automated propensity scores are calculated and arbitrated.
  • Machine Learning Integration
  • Collaborate directly with our advanced AI squad, gaining hands-on experience deploying two-tower retrieval models, contextual bandits, and vector embeddings.
  • Algorithmic Identity Resolution
  • Transition from standard querying to training and refining machine learning-based probabilistic entity resolution models.
  • Natural Language Processing
  • Help evaluate and fine-tune the retrieval, prompt evaluation, and recommendation accuracy of our localized Conversational AI and LLM layers.
