Overview

  • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:
  • Support the development and execution of procurement strategies and category plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, assess market conditions, and monitor pricing trends.
  • Support sourcing projects including RFQs, RFPs, eAuctions, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Operational Procurement:
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved budgets and procurement requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve PO, invoicing, and payment-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and records to support compliance, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Provide procurement support for urgent business needs and operational requirements.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and contractual commitments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Track procurement KPIs and support performance reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Support procurement process enhancements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and digital procurement innovations.
  • Contribute to achieving procurement targets, cost-saving initiatives, and team objectives.
