Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the furniture or lifestyle product industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities and product launches with sales objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and products.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
