Overview

Configuring our products in the Tourplan system supports the Sales, Reservations, Quality, and Accounting Teams.
Maintaining the company’s relationship with our suppliers in Vietnam.
Identifying new products and negotiating fair and competitive contract rates.
Coordinating the development of new and commercially viable products that match our customers’ requirements.
Ensure all supplier and product information is collected on time and is accurately stored, resulting in a current, comprehensive, and well-managed database.
Support the configuration of our partner’s products in our Tourplan system and maintain product information on SharePoint such that:
Continuously review the company’s products and make timely recommendations for any necessary changes or suggested improvements.
Develop a deep knowledge of the products and suppliers our company offers to help coordinate the new product development process.
Coordinate with other teams to inspect new destinations and develop training materials to increase product and destination knowledge.
Coordinate with the Quality Team and tour guides to ensure new tours run smoothly.
Assist with daily sales requests, questions, and inquiries from agents or other departments.
