  • Own the fulfilment product roadmap — from warehouse receiving, inventory management, to order dispatching — ensuring the platform meets the operational needs of B2B customers at scale.
  • Translate data insights, customer feedback, and business priorities into clear problem statements, feature priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Design to identify pain points, define solutions, and ship impactful features that improve fulfilment efficiency and reliability.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria; partner with Product Designers on wireframes and prototypes.
  • Lead product delivery within an Agile Scrum team, maintaining a healthy backlog and clear sprint goals.
  • Continuously measure product performance via key metrics (e.g., fulfilment accuracy, SLA adherence, warehouse throughput) and iterate to maximize customer and business value.
  • As the team grows, extend your scope across other domains of the B2B transportation platform — including last-mile, linehaul, or shipper-facing products.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management
  • 1 year owning a fulfilment, warehouse, or supply chain product is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with operational data and defining product metrics.
  • Solid understanding of fulfilment or logistics operations (WMS, OMS, or similar systems is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset — you run toward problems, not away from them.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Notion, or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B logistics or transportation technology is a strong plus.
