Overview

Business Partnering: Advise to Plant Director; provide forward-looking insights on risks & opportunities.
Performance Driving: Involve with Plant Director to own financial performance (gross margin, cost productivity, Inventory, Capex…)
Cost Control: Lead costing, variance analysis, and drive cost optimization with operations.
Planning: Lead budgeting & forecasting; ensure alignment with operational plans.
Decision Support: Evaluate capex, pricing, make/buy, and key initiatives.
Regional Collaboration: Assist Regional Finance Director in driving regional performance, alignment, and initiatives.
Cross-Plant Coordination: Collaborate with other Plant Controllers to share best practices, benchmark performance, and drive standardization.
Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate reporting with clear business insights.
Governance: Ensure strong controls, compliance, and inventory/capex discipline.
