Overview

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, IT service agreements, partnership agreements, and software licences, SaaS/PaaS subscriptions, cloud services, AI solution agreements.
Provide legal advice on corporate, compliance, commercial, and technology-related matters, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes, particularly in areas like data privacy, eKYC, cybersecurity, AI, IP and consumer protection.
Assist with licensing and regulatory filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with compliance, risk management, and business teams to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
Maintain organized legal documentation and files on SharePoint according to the company’s document management system.
Contribute to the development and updating of legal templates, guidelines, and internal policies.
Handle other ad hoc legal tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
