Overview

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments according to customer SOPs.

  • Coordinate bookings with appointed carriers.

  • Maintain shipment milestones and shipment visibility.
  • Cập nhật đầy đủ các mốc vận chuyển và tình trạng lô hàng.
  • Contact the customer and provide an update on the shipment status.
  • Liên hệ khách hàng và cập nhật tình hình lô hàng cho khách.
  • Receive, review, issue and distribute Bills of Lading (BOL) and other shipping documents.
  • Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, phát hành và phân phối vận đơn (BOL) cùng các chứng từ vận chuyển khác.
  • Upload Bills of Lading (BOL) and shipping documents to customer document management systems.
  • Tải BOL và các chứng từ vận chuyển lên hệ thống lưu trữ tài liệu của khách hàng.
  • Maintain shipment information, documentation and transportation records in customer systems.
  • Duy trì và cập nhật thông tin lô hàng, chứng từ và dữ liệu vận chuyển trên hệ thống của khách hàng.
  • Update ETA, ETD, shipment milestones and transportation status in customer systems.
  • Cập nhật ETA, ETD, các mốc vận chuyển và trạng thái lô hàng trên hệ thống của khách hàng.
  • Coordinate delivery appointments with warehouses and truckers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Phối hợp đặt lịch giao hàng với kho và trucker nhằm đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời hạn.
  • Monitor Last Free Day (LFD), detention, demurrage and container return status to minimize additional transportation costs.
  • Theo dõi LFD, phí Detention, Demurrage và tình trạng trả container nhằm hạn chế tối đa chi phí phát sinh.
  • Resolve issues arising during customs clearance and final delivery.
  • Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thông quan và giao hàng.
  • Escalate critical shipment issues in accordance with customer escalation procedures.
  • Báo cáo các sự cố nghiêm trọng theo quy trình Escalation của khách hàng.
  • Receive and record transportation quotations.
  • Tiếp nhận và ghi nhận báo giá vận chuyển.
  • Record actual freight costs and accessorial charges for each shipment.
  • Ghi nhận chi phí vận chuyển và các chi phí phát sinh của từng lô hàng.
  • Maintain accurate transportation cost records in customer systems.
  • Duy trì dữ liệu chi phí vận chuyển chính xác trên hệ thống của khách hàng.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain logistics data accuracy.
  • Lập báo cáo vận hành và đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu logistics.
