Overview
- Manages high level design projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of product design/development and production readiness are completed accurately and according to schedule.
- Review quality-related tasks including ISIRs, RMAs, CARs, MRRs, deviations, PPAPs, etc.
- Prepares detailed lab report outlines for lab technicians to effectively perform testing.
- Provides technical support for other departments.
- Provides technical support to customers, including onsite support as needed.
- Provides technical support to the Vietnamese factory, including onsite support as needed.
- Maintains proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software.
- Complies with all aspects of the safety program
