Overview

  • ●​ Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to customer messages received through Facebook, Company fan pages, and other assigned online channels.
  • ●​ Ask approved screening questions and collect essential information, including the student’s age, current education level, intended study destination or programme, language proficiency, expected intake, financial readiness, and parent or guardian contact details where applicable.
  • ●​ Conduct initial lead screening based strictly on the eligibility criteria, scripts, and guidance provided by the Company.
  • ●​ Classify leads accurately as qualified or unqualified.
  • ●​ Transfer qualified leads to the responsible Sales Consultant for detailed consultation and follow-up.
  • ●​ Record customer information, conversation notes, lead sources, screening results, reasons for disqualification, and handover status accurately in the designated CRM or tracking system.
  • ●​ Follow approved message templates and escalation procedures.
  • ●​ Refer technical, academic, immigration, financial, contractual, or programme-specific questions to the appropriate responsible team.
  • ●​ Prepare an end-of-day report on unqualified leads, including the total number of unqualified leads, their lead sources, and the main reasons for disqualification.
  • ●​ Submit the daily unqualified lead report to the Marketing team to support the review of
  • lead quality and the adjustment of advertising targeting, content, or campaigns where necessary.
  • ●​ Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Company’s data-protection and customer-service requirements.
  • ●​ Perform other administrative duties directly related to online enquiry management, initial lead screening, CRM records, and lead handover as reasonably assigned.
