Overview

Collaborate with digital partners (e-wallets, e-commerce platforms, consumer apps, etc.) to implement digital sales solutions.
Phối hợp với các đối tác số (ví điện tử, sàn thương mại điện tử, ứng dụng tiêu dùng...) để triển khai giải pháp bán hàng số.
Coordinate product integration, monitor channel performance, and recommend improvements to the digital customer journey to ensure KPI targets are met.
Triển khai tích hợp sản phẩm, theo dõi hiệu quả kênh bán hàng và đề xuất cải tiến hành trình khách hàng số để đảm bảo hoàn thành chỉ tiêu KPI đề ra.
Support product, IT, and marketing, Risks teams in delivering digital features that drive customer acquisition and conversion.
Hỗ trợ nhóm sản phẩm, CNTT, Marketing, Quản trị rủi ro triển khai các tính năng số nhằm thu hút và chuyển đổi khách hàng.
Participate in analyzing user behavior data and building performance reports per partner platform.
