Overview
- Cung cấp các báo cáo và phân tích về Kinh Doanh, Khách Hàng và Vận Hành đúng thời gian và đạt chất lượng tốt.
- Monitor and be responsible for delivering quality and timing of all the reports and anlytics for Business Units.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về báo cáo liên quan đến hiệu suất bán hàng, phát triển kênh bán hàng, hoạt động vận hành, hồ sơ kênh bán hàng,…
- Working with reports for sales performance productivity, channel growth, channel profiling etc.
- Triển khai các yêu cầu báo cáo từ các Khối/Trung Tâm liên quan đến lĩnh vực Kinh Doanh, Khách hàng và Vận Hành theo quy trình.
- Be responsible for implementing the reporting requirements from Business Units related Divisions / Centers by following proper change and issue management process.
- Mở rộng hỗ trợ hướng dẫn các phòng ban sử dụng các nền tảng, công cụ về báo cáo và phân tích.
- Extend support to get end business users on-boarded to BI & Reporting platform.
- Chịu trách nhiệm cho các tác vụ khác được giao bởi Trưởng Bộ Phận Báo Cáo Phân Tích - Kinh Doanh, Khách Hàng & Vận Hành.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Business Intelligence - Sales, Customer & Operations.
