Overview
- Receive and analyze Change Requests to Lending Origination System and/or other Credit Risk related decision-making system
- Coordinate with owner unit/ stakeholders to clarify requirements, advise possible impacts to the related processes/systems when applying these changes
- Prepare and submit requests to IT Division for new implementations or policy changes, manage execution via the request management system
- Identify and assess feasibility, data quality, compliance and risk of data providers, services and solutions related to credit risk as required
- Engage in negotiating scope and partnership models, conduct and evaluate testing, prepare approval dossiers and implement solutions/services into production
- Establish, develop and manage partnerships with data, solution and credit risk service providers to ensure long-term effectiveness and strategic alignment
