- Support Center Director in managing, tracking and delivering Change Management, project portfolio of Center
- Coordinate with relevant Business Users and internal/ external teams for maintaining being-active products and solutions
- Ensure the portfolio is delivered and managed efficiently with all reports, records, and documentation fully maintained
- Support Center Director in coordinating the implementation processes and resources effectively and in an optimal way
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager
- To build and manage Digital Omni Channel Platform – The platform support multi-channels sales & business operations of FE CREDIT.
