Overview
- Investment Analysis & Deal Support
- Develop and maintain financial models for real estate investment opportunities, including feasibility analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis
- Conduct market research and compile macro and project-specific data to support investment evaluation
- Analyze key factors including competitors, pricing, regulatory framework, and market trends
- Investment Materials & Reporting
- Prepare investment materials such as feasibility studies, teasers, and investment memoranda
- Support preparation of investment reports and presentations for internal review and investor updates
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial and analytical outputs
- Project & Data Management
- Maintain and update project data, assumptions, and financial models throughout the deal lifecycle
- Track key project metrics and support updates on project performance when required
- Build and maintain internal databases for market data and comparable transactions
- Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (Investment, Development, Legal, Finance) to collect inputs and validate assumptions
- Support due diligence process by working with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Assist in preparation of materials for discussions with investors and JV partners, including basic investment structuring considerations (e.g. JV, capital stack, funding mechanisms)
- Support team members in ongoing projects and ad-hoc assignments
- Stay updated on relevant real estate regulations and market developments
