- Hoàn thành công việc đúng tiến độ và kế hoạch đã cam kết với người quản lý/ Complete work on schedule and according to the plan committed to the manager

- Cách thức trình bày báo cáo, powerpoint theo mẫu format chung của Trung tâm và phòng tư vấn/ Make reports and powerpoints according to the general format of the Center and consulting room
- Thông tin, số liệu sử dụng trung thực, đáng tin cậy/ Information and data used are honest and reliable
- Không phạm sai lỗi chính tả, lỗi đánh máy/ Do not make any spelling or typing errors
- Không phạm các lỗi do “Copy”/ Do not make mistakes due to “Copying”
- Tư vấn thủ tục cho khách hàng theo đúng quy định, có cơ sở, dễ hiểu/ Advise customers on procedures according to regulations, well-founded, and easy to understand.
- Trách nhiệm quản lý (nếu có) / Management duties (If any): Quản lý dự án độc lập (khi được yêu cầu)/ Independent project management (when required)
