Overview

The M&A Analyst supports the M&A Manager in executing merger, acquisition, and investment activities, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction support.
Market Research & Deal Screening
Conduct industry, market, and company research to identify potential M&A or investment targets.
Support initial screening of investment opportunities based on financial and strategic criteria.
Prepare market research reports and target company profiles.
Financial Analysis & Valuation
Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
Analyze financial statements, business performance, and key value drivers.
Support preparation of valuation analyses and investment assumptions.
Due Diligence Support
Support financial, commercial, and operational due diligence activities.
Collect, review, and summarize data from target companies and external advisors.
Prepare due diligence findings, issue lists, and summary reports.
Transaction Execution & Documentation
Assist in preparing investment proposals, information memoranda, and presentations for Management.
Support transaction documentation, data room management, and deal tracking.
Coordinate with internal departments and external advisors when required.
Other Tasks
Support post-investment analysis and reporting.
Other tasks assigned by the M&A Manager and Management.
Reporting and other related administrative tasks.
