Overview

Design and develop test solutions for R&D debugging and production test release.
Develop and optimize test programs to improve product yield and reduce test time and cost.
Response to customer return case, and analyze ATE test data to assist Design Engineers (DE)/ Product Engineers (PE) in failure analysis.
Support DE/PE teams in BI and ESD data collection, testing, and analysis.
Support tester platform conversion and multi-site test program programming.
