Overview

Perform the analysis of historical financial performance and financial position in the business valuation for various purposes (e.g. M&A purpose, tax purpose, financial reporting purpose, purchase price allocation, etc.)
Perform the economy analysis
Perform the research of comparable companies and comparable transactions which are used as inputs of market-approach valuation
Assist the audit team to review the valuation reports prepared by other valuers (e.g. property valuation reports, Purchase price allocation report, goodwill impairment review, etc.) as an audit procedure
Mentor and guide junior staff in valuation techniques and best practices.
