Overview

  • Điều phối quy trình nhập hàng: tiếp nhận & kiểm tra chứng từ (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O…), theo dõi lịch trình tàu/chuyến bay và phối hợp với nhà cung cấp, hãng vận chuyển để đảm bảo hàng về đúng tiến độ.
  • Coordinate the import procedure: receive and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, etc.), track vessel/flight schedules, and work with suppliers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Hỗ trợ các hoạt động logistics liên quan đến phân phối và chuỗi cung ứng; điều phối với đơn vị dịch vụ bên thứ ba về thủ tục hải quan, kiểm tra chuyên ngành/công bố sản phẩm, vận chuyển và lưu kho; chuẩn bị/kiểm tra chứng từ, theo dõi tiến độ và cập nhật kịp thời cho khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
  • Support logistics operations for distribution and supply chain activities; coordinate with third-party service providers for customs clearance, inspection/product declaration, trucking, and warehousing; prepare/review documents, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to customers and related parties.
  • Phối hợp với đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ kho trong việc nhập – xuất – kiểm kê tồn kho; theo dõi số liệu và tình trạng hàng hóa, đảm bảo truy xuất kịp thời và chính xác.
  • Coordinate with the warehousing service provider on inbound, outbound, and inventory activities; monitor stock data and cargo status to ensure accurate and timely traceability.
  • Điều phối hoạt động phân phối hàng hóa đến khách hàng: lên kế hoạch giao nhận, làm việc với đơn vị vận chuyển nội địa và cập nhật tiến độ kịp thời cho khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
  • Coordinate the distribution of goods to customers: plan deliveries, work with domestic trucking providers, and provide timely progress updates to customers and related parties.
  • Đóng vai trò đầu mối điều phối chính giữa khách hàng và các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ; chủ động follow-up, báo cáo tiến độ và xử lý phát sinh trong suốt quá trình vận hành.
  • Act as the key coordinator between customers and service; proactively follow up, report progress, and resolve any issues throughout operations.
