Overview

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for Shopify-based e-commerce solutions, managing timelines, scope, and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to keep projects on track and on budget
  • Translate technical details into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaboration
  • Manage project priorities and mitigate risks proactively
  • 3+ years of hands-on project management or technical team leadership experience
  • Strong Shopify knowledge — whether from a PM, development, or team lead background
  • Proven e-commerce expertise (retail, consumer goods, or related industries)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — you can present to executives and troubleshoot with developers
  • Comfort managing projects remotely and across multiple time zones
