Support customers in hard chrome plating trials and in the transition to a new Chromic Acid (CrO₃) source./ Hỗ trợ khách hàng thử nghiệm mạ crom cứng và chuyển đổi sang nguồn Chromic Acid (CrO₃) mới.
Recommend suitable testing methods based on each customer’s plating process and technical objectives./ Đề xuất phương pháp thử nghiệm phù hợp với quy trình xi mạ và mục tiêu kỹ thuật của từng khách hàng.
Analyze plating defects and recommend corrective actions when technical issues arise during trials./ Phân tích lỗi xi mạ và đề xuất biện pháp điều chỉnh khi phát sinh vấn đề kỹ thuật trong quá trình thử nghiệm.
Recommend adjustments to the bath formulation, operating conditions, and additives when changing the Chromic Acid source./ Tư vấn điều chỉnh công thức bể, điều kiện vận hành và phụ gia khi thay đổi nguồn Chromic Acid.
Provide remote consultation as the primary support method and visit customer factories when on-site support is required./ Tư vấn trực tuyến là hình thức hỗ trợ chính và đến nhà máy khách hàng khi cần hỗ trợ trực tiếp.
