Overview

  • Provide early intervention and ongoing speech and language therapy for children with autism and other developmental delays, supporting their communication, social interaction, and learning skills.
  • Thực hiện can thiệp sớm và can thiệp ngôn ngữ và âm ngữ cho trẻ có rối loạn phổ tự kỷ hoặc những rối loạn phát triển khác, hỗ trợ bé về mặt giao tiếp và tương tác xã hội, dạy bé những kỹ năng khác.
  • Conduct individualized and small-group (maximum 6 sessions/day) speech and language therapy sessions for children with autism and related communication challenges.
  • Thực hiện can thiệp âm ngữ và lời nói cho cá nhân, hoặc trong nhóm nhỏ (tối đa 6 phiên một ngày) cho trẻ có tự kỷ hoặc những khó khăn liên quan đến giao tiếp.
  • Assess children’s speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools and clinical observation.
  • Đánh giá trẻ về mặt ngôn ngữ, lời nói, và khả năng giao tiếp thông qua các công cụ đúng chuẩn và quan sát lâm sàng.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s communication goals and developmental profile.

  • Collaborate closely with parents through parent coaching sessions to share strategies and techniques for supporting communication at home.
  • Hợp tác với phụ huynh một cách chặt chẽ thông qua các phiên hướng dẫn phụ huynh, chia sẻ cho phụ huynh những chiến lược và kỹ thuật để phụ huynh hỗ trợ bé tại nhà.
  • Prepare written progress notes after each session (internal)
  • Chuẩn bị những ghi chú (được viết xuống) về tiến trình của bé sau mỗi phiên can thiệp (dùng cho nội bộ)
  • Write final checkpoints for parents to track development.
  • Viết tổng kết kế hoạch cho phụ huynh để phụ huynh nắm mức phát triển.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, supervision, and training sessions.
  • Tham gia các buổi họp nội bộ với đa dạng nhà chuyên môn, các buổi giám sát, và các buổi đào tạo.
  • Collaborate with other specialists (psychologists, special educators) to ensure holistic intervention.
  • Hợp tác với các chuyên viên khác (tâm lý, giáo dục đặc biệt) để đảm bảo những can thiệp mang tính toàn diện.
  • Support during the diagnostic or assessment process when required.

  • Agree to the use of personal images for the center’s communication and promotional purposes, in alignment with professional and ethical standards.

  • Support in developing internal training materials and content.
