  • Business Development Support (75%)
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective investors, referral partners, and business leads.
  • Introduce the English 1 investment opportunity using approved scripts and materials.
  • Screen and qualify prospects based on investment capacity, business experience, operational interest, preferred territory, and timeline.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development Manager.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and lead conversion updates.
  • Conduct market research and identify new investor and referral opportunities.
  • Support investor meetings, Discovery Days, and partnership events.
  • Office Administration (25%)
  • Support day-to-day office administration and coordination.
  • Coordinate meetings, visitor arrangements, and office logistics.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare business documents, filing systems, and data entry.
  • Assist with travel bookings, meeting schedules, and event coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Partnerships team.
