Overview

Identify and develop new customers for LCL (Less than Container Load) freight forwarding services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping and logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Follow up on customer inquiries and shipment status.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Prepare sales reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
