Overview

Input and maintain customer quotations, tariffs, and Work Orders (WO) based on approved sales rates.
Ensure all pricing information is accurately updated in the system for Operations to bill customers correctly and on time.
Maintain records of special rates, approvals, discounts, and pricing exceptions.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of commercial agreements and billing instructions.
Verify rate accuracy and validity before system entry.
Support the resolution of pricing and billing discrepancies.
Assist in minimizing billing errors and preventing revenue leakage through effective pricing control and monitoring.
Generate pricing and quotation reports as required.
