Overview

You will lead the local finance function, ensuring strict alignment with group policies, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. You will drive risk management, cross-BU collaboration, and internal control execution, while maintaining strong communication with local authorities, regional teams, and global headquarters.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
Fully implement group financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls across local operations.
Ensure monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes, statutory reporting, and tax filings comply with group requirements.
Risk Management & Control
Establish and execute local risk identification and prevention mechanisms.
Collaborate across Business Units (BU) to strengthen communication, early warning, and control of key risks (e.g., compliance, cash flow, operational data).
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate effectively with local tax authorities, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Liaise with regional/headquarters teams to ensure consistent interpretation and execution of global standards.
Cross-BU Collaboration (Core Requirement)
Facilitate communication and coordination across different Business Units and functions.
Support cross-functional decision-making by providing financial insights, risk assessments, and compliance recommendations.
