Overview

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Lead workforce planning and headcount budgeting to ensure optimal staffing and cost efficiency.
Partner with management to translate business needs into effective HR action plans.
Drive initiatives to improve organizational structure, productivity, and workforce effectiveness.
