Overview
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality and development practices.
- Develop unit tests and ensure software quality through thorough testing and debugging.
- Implement solutions based on technical specifications, architecture designs, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve technical issues and deliver project objectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Your Skills and Experience
- We're looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development with Java (Fresh Graduates to Senior Developers are welcome to apply).
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of Java and related technologies. Experience with C#, C++, C, XML/XHTML, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Experience working on international software development projects is an advantage.
