Overview

Manage export – import shipments from end to end.
Arrange bookings with shipping lines – Air lines – Co-loaders and release booking confirmations to customers.
Coordinate shipment schedules with overseas agents and customers.
Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI), Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and other required shipping documents.
Prepare and issue House Bill of Lading (HBL), House Airwaybill (HAWB), Manifest, review Master Bill of Lading (MBL), Master Airwaybill (MAWB), and ensure documentation accuracy.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates on ETD, ATD, ETA, vessel changes, delays, and cargo status.
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, Shipping lines, Airlines, trucking companies, warehouses, customs brokers, and co-loaders to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Prepare Debit Notes, verify operational costs, and follow up customer payments when required.
Resolve shipment issues, documentation discrepancies, and operational exceptions promptly.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update the company's operating system.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customer requirements, carrier regulations, and international shipping practices.
