Overview
- Partner Management
- Be the key contact point to work with Client / Brand to maximize their eCommerce business – including but not limited to sale, market share & P&L
- Working with e-platform to conduct best in class service to develop & maintain high quality of ecommerce store
- E-store operation, promotions and transactions
- Monitor DKSH KPI on e-market place
- Maintain & update master data (products, pricing, promotion, etc.)
- Data analysis/ Dashboard/ Reporting on EC performance and process enhancement
- Lead activities of weekly/monthly promotion plan, JBP (Joint Business Plan) and execution including but not limited on 3 platform: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokshop.
- Assist with media plans, merchandising, consumer engagement, and social commerce program where required.
- Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including Commercial (sales, promotions, pricing, on-site visibility, etc.) and operation (stock availability, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service etc.)
- Drive business growth
- Ensure sales target achievement.
- Lead the process of developing business plans and marketing and operational plans.
- Robust in research and analysis of new online opportunities
- Research, explore & deploy new sale channels.
- P&L Management
- Liaise with Operations Finance to collect and reconcile all expenses & supporting documents on time.
- Controlling A&P expenses
- Coordinate internal DKSH across departments and BUs of effective implementation
- Support and keep service operation smooth.
- Communicate / interact with the online business plan to all operational departments and business units.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcome of implementation.
- Ensure e-retailer and marketplace strategies are integrated offline and online.
