Overview

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed targets for animal care products including feed additives, feed ingredients, animal nutritional ingredients, vaccines, excipients, and active ingredients
Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and consultants through regular field visits, product training, and on-site support
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to veterinarians, farmers, animal nutritionists, and distributors, serving as the subject matter expert in animal nutrition, health, and disease prevention
Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to translate technical product features into clear, compelling customer benefits
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide actionable feedback to marketing, product development, and regional Business Development teams
Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction
Represent DKSH at regional and national trade shows, seminars, and promotional events
Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, sales forecasts, and project reports using company platforms, ensuring full compliance with company policies and local regulations
