Overview

Receive purchase requests and sales forecasts from the Sales team.
Place purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers; follow up on order confirmations, production schedules, and delivery plans.
Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment to ensure stable supply while optimizing stock levels.
Coordinate with the Sales team, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track import documentation, shipment schedules, and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
Prepare periodic reports on inventory, purchasing plans, sales performance, and supplier-required reports.
