Overview
- Coach, guide, and support recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for positions from entry-level to management.
- Build candidate pipelines via social media, job boards, referrals, universities, and recruitment partners.
- Understand hiring needs, update job descriptions, and recommend recruitment solutions.
- Organize career fairs, hiring events, and talent attraction programs.
- Provide salary insights and support manpower cost estimation for projects.
- Track KPIs, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
- Conduct regular meetings, provide feedback, and deliver training.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with labor laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices.
- Minimum 5 years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- At least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in mass hiring and specialized/management-level recruitment.
- Track record in employer branding initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and labor market trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate recruitment KPIs.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and HR databases.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency equivalent to B2 level or above.
