Overview

Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance across all departments; review and update policies and procedures; identify risks, implement mitigation actions, and report non‑compliance to leadership
Audit & Certification: Lead internal audits from planning to reporting; coordinate external audits with certification bodies and customers; ensure successful completion of GDPR, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other certifications.
Compliance Communication: Act as the compliance contact point for all departments; respond to inquiries from customers, clients, and regulators; facilitate collaboration across departments to resolve compliance issues quickly.
Training & Awareness: Develop training materials on governance, compliance, and legal topics; deliver workshops and learning sessions; promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance throughout the organization.
Documentation & Policy Management: Maintain audit documentation and evidence logs; prepare compliance responses for internal and external stakeholders; ensure timely updates and version control of compliance policies.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve compliance frameworks, QMS, and ISMS; work with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements; support the organization in meeting customer expectations, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in law, quality management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, governance, or audit roles within IT, BPO, or service sectors.
Strong knowledge of GDPR, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and corporate compliance frameworks.
Proven experience in internal audits and external audit coordination.
Ability to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure operational safety.
Skilled in communication, stakeholder management, and cross-department collaboration.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strategic mindset with ability to drive continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
