Overview

  • Communicate with Customer and Transportation to receive the delivery plan, process and lead time of orders./ Phối hợp với Khách hàng và bộ phận Vận chuyển để tiếp nhận kế hoạch giao hàng, xử lý đơn hàng và thời gian giao hàng.
  • Work with team above for any abnormal cases and special requirement./ Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các trường hợp bất thường hoặc các yêu cầu đặc biệt.
  • Planning, resourcing, and reporting for daily basic operation to ensure delivery the order to customer/ dealers/ transporters./ Lập kế hoạch, bố trí nguồn lực và báo cáo cho hoạt động vận hành hằng ngày nhằm đảm bảo giao hàng đúng tiến độ cho khách hàng/đại lý/đơn vị vận chuyển.
  • Monitor the working time of members and plan OT to comply the company policy./ Theo dõi thời gian làm việc của nhân viên và lên kế hoạch tăng ca phù hợp theo chính sách công ty.
  • Supervise Team to comply and strictly follow up operation instruction, regulation, Company policy, SOPs, WIs and manage the operation team to fulfil operation KPIs./ Giám sát đội ngũ vận hành tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt hướng dẫn công việc, quy định, chính sách công ty, SOPs và WIs; đồng thời đảm bảo đạt các chỉ số KPI của bộ phận.
  • Record the abnormal in daily operation basic to follow up and improve./ Ghi nhận các vấn đề bất thường phát sinh trong hoạt động hằng ngày để theo dõi và cải tiến.
  • Training WIs to Operator periodically./ Đào tạo định kỳ các hướng dẫn công việc cho nhân viên vận hành.
  • Involve the Operation WIs developments and improvements in Warehouse./ Tham gia xây dựng và cải tiến các hướng dẫn vận hành (WIs) trong kho.
  • Take the initial of report, investigate and follow up for the safety in daily operation./ Thực hiện báo cáo ban đầu, điều tra và theo dõi các vấn đề liên quan đến an toàn trong hoạt động hằng ngày.
  • Engage and motivate team members in daily operation./ Kết nối, hỗ trợ và tạo động lực cho các thành viên trong nhóm trong quá trình làm việc.
