Overview

Handling licensing procedures for companies across a wide range of business lines
Drafting application dossiers for business and investment project licenses
Preparing documents for obtaining work permits, temporary residence cards, and other related permits
Preparing and/or reviewing legal opinions, resolutions, contracts, and other legal documents for clients in a timely and consistent manner
Implementing legal registrations, business establishment procedures, and investment procedures for clients
Managing client matters from start to finish, including advising clients and conducting legal research on their behalf
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure effective and timely completion of assigned tasks
Performing other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager
