- BIM Modeling & Documentation: Produce highly accurate architectural drawings, plans, sections, and structural/joinery details utilizing Autodesk Revit.
- Design Translation: Effectively translate design concepts, sketches, and schematics into rigorous technical documentation ready for construction.
- Model Standards & Maintenance: Develop and maintain BIM models for premium hospitality projects in strict accordance with company and international BIM protocols.
- Family & Template Management: Proactively build, maintain, and update BIM/Revit standards, parametric families, and project templates to improve studio efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and MEP/Structural consultants to integrate all technical requirements and resolve clashes within the model.
- Model Auditing: Conduct regular model health checks and audits to ensure absolute accuracy, completeness, and model consistency.
- Change & Lifecycle Management: Meticulously track, update, and implement design revisions throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Visual Support: Assist the design team in extracting views, creating presentations, and generating basic renderings/visualizations for client approvals.
