Overview
- Work with/support Tax & Legal leaders with resources planning and resources monitoring.
- Work with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team to run talent attraction programs, sourcing talents for the function using different sourcing tools
- Manage approval and recruitment for vacant positions, provide offer letters
- Manage new hire communication and new hire orientation process
- Support mass recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives
- Manage Performance Management process
- Manage delivery of approved training and development programs
- Provide career development programs/implement career development programs for the Function.
- Support in implementation of high potential development programs
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Answer queries and provide advice about human resources practice and briefings on HR programs and projects
- Complete HR projects as required
- Provide HR reports where required
